1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for processing before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. Rush is available for an extra cost.

2. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I love creating personalized pieces. If you have a specific request (names, colors, fonts, etc.), feel free to leave a note at checkout or email me at shopsewlucky@gmail.com.

3. What sizes do you offer?
We are proud to be size-inclusive. Most clothing items are available in sizes ranging from Newborn to 4X, and we never charge extra for larger sizes.
Sizing availability may vary by garment, and each product listing includes specific size details.

4. Do you offer local pickup?
Currently, Sew Lucky is online only. All items are shipped directly to you with care.

5. Can I return or exchange my item?
Because most items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error on our end. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

6. How do I care for embroidered items?
We recommend washing on gentle cycle, cold water, and laying flat or hanging to dry. Do not bleach. Iron inside out if needed.

7. Where are you located?
Sew Lucky is proudly based in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and ships within the U.S.

8. Do you teach embroidery?
Yes! We offer embroidery education and private sessions. Check out the “Embroidery Education” section for details or reach out directly to ask about classes.
